My order hasn't arrived. where is my money?

It's held safely. BuyChat keeps your payment in escrow and only releases it to the seller after you confirm the item reached you. If it never arrives, open a dispute from the order and we step in.

How do I get a refund?

Open the order, tap “Report a problem”, and choose a refund. While a dispute is open the money stays held. it is never released to the seller until the dispute is resolved.

How do I get paid as a seller or driver?

Add your bank account under Wallet, verify your identity once, then withdraw any time. Payouts go to your own verified account only.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from your registered address and we'll remove your account and personal data, keeping only what the law requires us to retain for completed transactions.
